Which campanies do you own? Propehcies, Factions, Nightfall, Eye of the North? Is the warrior your first character?

As a warrior it's often better to deal damage because that's what he excels in; if you include skills he's only a mediocre tank.
A good, general build for a warrior looks like this:

    1. Attack skill
    2. Attack skill
    3. Interrupt/Attack skill
    4. Utility/Attack skill
    5. Utility/Defence Skill
    6. IAS (increased attack speed, example: [[Frenzy], [[Flurry])
    7. IMS (increased movement speed, example: [[Rush])
    8. Rezz (resurrection skill, example: [[Resurrection Signet])

I assume you only have Prophecies, so here is a sample:

Ok so here is my recommendation :

Sounds like you have a Prophecies warrior (Crystal Desert and newbie).

    - Go back to Lions Arch. Travel your warrior over to Nightfall (small quest) and get Heroes. Also get MOX. The Heroes will make your work a lot easier.

    - Also travel the warrior to EotN (I find this easier to do from Kamadan in Nightfall, but your choice). At the Boreal Station (first place you arrive) you will get MORE heroes and you can also buy top rating Armor (if you have the materials and $$$).

    - Now, I would spend a little time to level up the heroes (the EoN ones are L20, also MOX, but others come in all sizes).

    - From the PvX wiki you can get builds for the heroes. Also give them better weapons. I don't buy runes/insignia, but as I salvage items I find I start giving them some stuff. I try to build up Koss as a sword Warrior, Ogden as a healer Monk and get Olias (another short quest) to have a Necro MM.

While doing all this you will be leveling up as well. While all this might seem confusing, cross-traveling your char to different campaigns will give you access to some extra features that will make the going easier in the long run. A good set of heroes will beat the henches anytime. You can do this from Lions Arch and doesn't take long. I just traveled my Rit and she is only L17 (well, by now she is up to L20).

    - While at the Boreal Station, don't forget to do the quick command training. You will get a token to trade for a weapon, that at least is good for a hero.

    - Also, outside of Kamadan by the "keys" there are two treasure chests you can visit monthly to get weapons (many times gold ones) and gold and they are easy to get to.

By the time you do all this (takes me a few hours but I have done it a few times) you will be very ready to face the Crystal Dessert in better terms.

If you need help, PM me online : Dadu The Hulk, always glad to help.

BTW, I would post the current W/N I am using but is full of skills you don't have. Also, I looove Axes and many people don't. And I know your problem, most build people post are made of skills you don't have yet, right? Yeah, takes time to get there. There are a few warrior elites that are easy to cap... but you can only carry one, so it is better to choose your weapon and then decide which elite you really really want to go get.

Post questions and info (do you like swords? Axes? Hammers? What is your secondary?) and maybe we can give you some better hints.

In that case [flail] should never leave your bar. [rush] or [enraging charge] are good cancel stances for when you need to get moving again.
I figured I need a signature, and why not a fight club quote:
It's only after we've lost everything that we're free to do anything.

In GW, Warriors hardly need to "tank." Read up on some recommended builds (search up the Warrior 101 series) - even for PvE, they hardly put in any defensive skills. The Warrior class excels at dealing damage, and its tanking skills have been nerfed for reasons not germane to Warriors. So, go with the flow, pump the weapon mastery up, and start swinging.
