Symon the scribe, at Ascalon city, won't talk to me, eventhough that i have completed "The Great Northern Wall" mission. And my character is a Tyrian. Any reason why?

He doesn't like your character? Erm, anyway, have you done this quest yet?
I don't think its pertinent for your char to have done that quest...as the wiki doesn't say you have to do that one in order to get the other one.
Anyway, no idea why Simon won't give you the quest

The only reason I can think of as to why he won't give you the quest is that you already completed it. Just a guess.
