    Nubs.

Right-click and save as THIS. RIGHT HERE. Before they remove it.

Then use whatever ripping tool to get the audio out of it.

Or, if you trust me enough that I won't steal your passwords and emails (HAH, FOOLS!!), here's a mediafire link to both the audio sample and the flash.

I wish they had one or two mesmer skills that makes an illusion that only the person affected sees. So you might end up seeing some guy fighting against nothing. That would be pretty funny.

That turns out not to be the case. Apparently other professions can also produce that condition, according to this interview:

"They have a condition that other professions use but that we havenít actually talked about or shown anywhere, because we didnít want to give away the mesmer. Itís called confusion."

It bothers me a bit, though. In GW1, one could at least autoattack without using any skills if under a hex that punished skill use. Even a caster could stand there and wand a foe while under Backfire, which, despite being pathetic, is still better than standing there doing nothing. What are we supposed to do in GW2? All attacks are skill based now, and the only thing you can do without using a skill is dodge. It would seem that this condition renders one almost totally helpless.

Dodge, condition removal, get into a better position (which is a big thing in GW2).

Also, I love how you can now beat hexes on the head. Hex removal with a vengeance.

Are you new? That's the first thing I did.

I hope when you dodge in the game the animation for the mesmers aren't that of rolling away. I don't see someone who's supposed to be all snappy looking rolling around in the dirt. Why would you do that to your pritties?

Too many Mesmer threads! I merged both of them here and closed others.

Agreed, Giggles. Kenrad wouldn't be caught dead rolling around in the dirt.

Technically, if you're caught dead rolling, you're doing it wrong.

Technically, I'm not convinced your avatar is a butterfly and not a moth. There, I said it.

    *evil first criticism ahead*

Another condition that might be very, but not completely exclusive to a class bothers me a little bit. I also do not like the bar compression the Mesmers get (e.g. being able to cause both cripple & swiftness as other classes need two skills for that).
But since the Mesmer is the last profession the developers should be able to balance those features out compared to the other professions, not leaving the Mesmer OP, e.g. by adding high recharge times on the Shattering mechanic)
