I hope they actually release the official site page for the Necromancer between now and PAX. it would make me SO happy! *wink wink nudge nudge*

Also, does anyone else think that they might be showcasing other race/profession combos?

Yes, as said countless of times before, its a mid-level boss :p
Can't wait to make that thing shatter with those mortars :D
Now that you can use mortars, I wonder if there will be cannons.

I do wonder what the difference between a boss and a champion will be.
