Eye of the Mursaat

After re-doing the Ring of Fire missions, I noticed something I had never seen before. The Mursaat towers have an "eye" on them very similar to those found on the shrines of mending.

I'm not sure what it means, if anything, but I thought it was worth posting.

Kind of reminds me of a 3D Orrian emblem, if viewed at an angle.
