He must have brought her in with one of those dog lasso devices, and knew very well that the visitors were avidly searching for her.

Also, funny how even though Otis was one of the Herschel gang, he didn't mind blowing zombies away when he went out with Shane.

I had to watch the Sophia scene again. So good, but so sad. I can't believe they made her a zombie :( What even happened to her, do you think? The wound on her shoulder was so odd.
And speaking of the wounds, how come so many walkers are whole when, every time you see someone getting eaten, the zombies look like they're eating everything?

Good point on Otis lol Never thought of that! Especially since Hershel mentioned that Otis was the one who used to round the zombies up. Maybe he, like Maggie, finally saw them for the monsters they were and decided killing them was okay.

I thought about Hershel, but I figured he just didn't make the connection (or didn't want to think about it). Again, he mentioned that Otis brought the zombies in, so there's a chance he had no idea.

I miss Rick and Shane being bros :(

Has anyone watched the webisodes? I'm about to dive into them.

EDIT: Okay, yeah, don't bother with the webisodes. Though the series did sort of answer my question about zombies eating the crap out of a person lol
The webisodes are supposed to explain how that zombie from the first season ended up there (the half a woman one on the grass). Acting was poor, writing was poor, everything about it was poor, including the fact that, in the webisode

she gets torn up in the middle of the street and then suddenly she's in the park on the grass where Rick found her.

It also opened a new question for me: What's up with the government facility the helicopter in the webisode was broadcasting about?

True. Recalling, Otis was long dead before the group brought up Sofia to Hershel; very possible for Otis to have found and put the girl into the barn way beforehand; though I would think Hershel would still have been told about a little zombie girl as a new addition to all the adult zombies; will see when the season starts up again come February.

That was sad. As far as shows go, it hit me hard when Sophia walked out. That, and Bear McCreary is a musical genius. Either way, ouch. It was sad enough when you knew Hershel's family had to watch their relatives getting put down. But, then we have to go through the same thing with her...

Looks like a lot of characters were affected pretty deeply by Sophia's undeath. Daryl and Carol both seem a lot darker. Surprising to see so many people agreeing with Shane. Even Rick and Hershel seem a lot darker now. One thing I thought was nice, in the very beginning of the episode, Lori's face was pretty spot-on. Just straight confusion.
The bar scene was intense. You kind of knew how it was going to end, but I was on the edge of my seat waiting to see. Rick did not seem very upset after gunning the two guys down and it was strange that he didn't have any intention of letting them join up in the first place (perhaps he was thinking of Hershel).
Lori's condition is unknown. My roommate thinks she's just going to lose the baby. I wonder if she'll survive at all. She probably does, though, given that Dale told her what he thinks happened with Otis.

There was no "next week" which is killing me, but there were a few snippets of upcoming stuff between one of the commercials and it looks craaazyy! Farm is gonna get attacked, I bet.

So am I the only one that thinks season 2 is pretty terrible? Making each episode incredibly slow and boring with the exception of the last 5 minutes or so makes me not want to watch the series anymore.

I definitely don't think it's terrible. There have been a couple of "blah" episodes, but I think it's still great. Don't forget that they're in an area that had been safe for quite some time. It would not make sense if there were zombies attacking them in every episode.

Some of the characters are annoying me, but I even like that because it's more realistic.
