So does a D/N buffer count then? It's a physical, but it would be spending more time spamming enchants rather than attacking.
Which is exactly like a regular Dervish...only more useful.
I guess that's up to you, Sir Jack.
I've already been trying to get my warrior through WiK so when 7 heroes come out I can play 1 SoH monk, 3 axe paras and 4 warriors.
FSM help me if we get 11 heroes in Urgoz, I need to see if Tahlk can keep up 11 SoHs with Scribe's Insight and Blessed Sig. The possibilities on that are endless, especially factoring in Locust's Fury sins.
LF sins actually have smaller DPS than your normal JFB chain.
And then there's also the question - what will you fill your slots with? Pretty much any skill you put on those guy will reduce their DPS even further.
As for SoH - I'd pretty much always look at an ER Soh/heal first - but I am quite intrigued by Scribe's.
First I toyed with this but found out there was no need for Scribe's with 7 SoHs up:
Plus Tahky refused to use Signet of Malice.
Maybe ranger for Antidote Signet?
Then I switched to this:
Not much of an issue either. Would need to see some serious battle testing though.
EDIT:
SR and spamming Gaze/SoLS meant I was at high energy all the time.
It does demand you rush ahead though - but then again, with a physical team that is something you'd want to be doing.
Almost no support compared to the monk - but more damage.
EDIT2:
Gave it to a hero to run - manages nicely:
EDIT3:
As for Scribes and 11 folks SoH'ed - Tahky ran out of energy at 10 folks.
ER maybe? But I am guessing that would need to be micro'ed "a bit".

Love those builds, Upier. If you're looking for a more offensive Tahlk, this is my default SoH monk:

Obviously Blessed Sig gets swapped to up the number of SoHs. My warrior currently runs her with Blessed Sig and 4 wars and an axe para (as I mentioned soon to be 3 axe paras.)
For small party size vanqs if I need more healing, I swap SoS for UA and then use those two earshot party heals, but MoW provides a surprising amount of healing.
edit: By the way, if you change your elite to Flashing Blades (which I usually prefer anyway), that team in the image above can do Eastern Frontier pretty easily. You can even double aggro in the grawl section if you feel really cocky.

This worked far, far, far better than I could have imagined. The two sins are spear (WotM) motigons. They actually work better than necro healer heroes, they just do NOT run out of energy even in stalemates (I tested them by intentionally overaggroing 4 groups at the begining of Kessex Peak where you spawn Reeds, those shadow things, Aloes, plus two different WiK groups.) I'm putting these on all my characters.
Builds are:
Koss and Goren - Soldier's Stance, though neither seems particularly interested in using it, so I guess Triple Chop it is.
Sins - Both are Song of Restoration
Keiran - Song of Purification, although he's mostly leadership/spear
Morgahn - Incoming!
Hayda - Anthem of Fury and some moti as well
All eight players have at least 2 attack skills, so the spikes are tremendous.

Nice, looks like I've found a midline for my warrior. Though I'll throw in a necro for orders and splinter.
Just a word of warning, 2 motigons may not be enough healing if you don't have a lot of shouts being tossed around. Two of their best skills are Finale of Restoration, which is not ideal unless many shouts are triggered, and Chorus of Restoration, which doesn't heal people who aren't shouting.
On the other hand, if you make use of the para defense, you have a lot of options. Bladeturn Refrain is awesome, as are the standard imba skills, TNtF, ToF and SY/SYG.
I'll be using 4 paras 2 'sin spearchuckers one necro and one warrior (me), was thinking 2 motigons 2 command and that leaves two builds to add healing if necessary. First have to recruit thackeray >.> The necro will probably be OoV for a little extra healing.

I was wondering how everyone feels about spoilers in the AMVs for the contest. Because some animes Im thinking about using still havent picked are just riddled with spoilers.
Im just wondering how everyone feels about that. Does anyone else worry about spoiling people with their AMVs?
hmmm
Might find some use for my assassin heroes, doing something like this. Probably for the best since I do have a Zenmai or two that need to finish leveling. Probably shows how useless assassins heroes are as assassins.
