My prot monk on my derv runs this:
Reversal of Fortune
Restore Condition [E]
Shield of Absorption
Guardian
Glyph of lesser energy
Shielding Hands
Spirit Bond
Reverse Hex
You can always use a different elite, I'd recommend that you give her a 5e elite or have blood ritual on another character if you want a more expensive one. I recommend Life Sheath or Divert Hexes as the elite.
Hope it helps.

I want to use Aegis and a revive spell though, if possible

Replace guardian with aegis... i dont like giving my healing/prot heroes hard res, because they stop healing/protting to res. I guess you can replace reversal of fortune for hard res? but i say give a hard res to your ele or som

@OP: hey, thanks. Nice topic, i have been searching these info for ages.
I use:
[Boon Signet]
Shield of Absorption
Dismiss Condition/Mend Condition (depending on how enchanted your party is)
Deny Hex
Reversal of Fortune
Protective Spirit
Leech Signet
Guardian/Resurrection Chant
Boon Sig is usually the only elite I give a prot hero. They don't use ZB correctly and RC is overkill considering how easy it is to remove conditions, how quickly those skills recharge and how not dangerous most of the conditions are. Same thing for LS, although if you wanted to compress your bar for some reason it might come in handy.

That's one of two reasons why I prefer PS over SB, PS just lasts so much longer. RoF is nice to be spammed because the target is almost guaranteed to be hit (heroes either target someone in the process of being attacked, like by a spear in flight or someone with low health meaning they are being attacked), so you get the divine favor heal, the damage negation and the health gain. Even if the hero doesn't understand any of that!
