    Interesting to see sabway still getting so much love, I thought that had pretty much fallen out of favor. Do you guys micro SS so the target doesn't immediately die? A lot of people seem to prefer Pain of Disenchantment now, but I think a badly aimed SS will still outdamage any other curses elite. I'm not a huge fan of the curses line though (or necro skills in general.)

    I'm loving that this forum is smart enough to not use discord!

    I'm starting to want the 3rd mesmer and rit heroes now that I can use 7 heroes.

    I have made Jin into a spirit spammer of sorts. Not having summon spirits or other pve stuff creates some energy issues, but I can flag and draw (I do that a lot anyway) to work around that. She's not an overpowering addition like a human spammer, just kind of nice to have around.

    SS used for 3 attacks/skills already deals more damage than PoD, recharges faster too. And PoD needs an Enchant to deal damage.

    Why again are people preferring PoD? Is there a /slap emote already to smack them to their senses like the people who insist on Arcane Mimicry Healer's Boon Monks? Yes, you get 106% more healing on Heal Party but you have absolutely no EN management on the most common build for it and rely very heavily on the skill of the other Monk keeping single individuals alive. An UA and a normal HB work so much better together as long as the other party does not engage in group hugs in AoE skills.

    I've been running around mainly in nm with my rit since the 8 hero update... so I can't really comment on HM.

    My rit has been running DwG the heroes I have are SS, Panic, Ineptitude, 2 air eles, 1 water ele and a hybrid prot/heal monk and we've been roflstomping eotn nm. I assume that if I change my hybrid monk for a full prot and drop one of my eles for a heal monk it will work just as fine in HM.

    No spirits, no minions... its more fun ^.^

    i just take what works, mesmers for the OP dom magic with some nice minion walls and ele's for there huge dmg, i even have a merc rit for spike dmg.
    it's alive but cannot be living, it's dead but lives a mortal life.

    Got timestamps and builds for this with 7 heroes?

    Multiple human teams don't count, humans use most spammable skills way better than heroes.

    I've been doing DoA recently with an sos/resto rit, MM, one prot monk, one heal monk, one illusion mesmer, one domination mesmer and then a curses/channeling necro mostly for a second SW/ARage. The team was put together to test doing survivor runs in DoA so it's probably a little slower than perfect due to way too much defense, but it should keep you alive. It also works on Mallyx. I'm sure others have their own suggestions, NM isn't too awful. Tombs about anything will work, it's significantly easier.

    When using my dervish I have the ability to inflict cracked armor and deep wound myself, while using ias, ims, and do a lot of lifestealing while being mostly unblockable with the ability to strip stances and interrupt on a decent basis.

    I of course take an SoS rit, but I throw an ST rit with two defensive spirits and the rest offensive. Disenchant and such. I then like to run one or two paragons which buff myself, itself, and the spirits. Such as crippling anthem and anthem of envy. Sometimes anthem of flame gets added in for some burning in addition.

    I already have a spirit wall, but that doesn't mean I don't like a minion wall so I take an mm with me as well, pretty standard build that gets the mm 11 minions, but it also has withering aura as weakness is fun.

    When I'm not using two paragons (which I normally do when I need to be running around a lot, fallback or incoming is used then but not both usually), I take a mesmer with fevered dreams and fragility as it's main skills. Some e-management, interrupts, and melee hate is added in.

    Other than that, I normally run two monks (shocking, I know), one prot and one healing. Both can remove hexes and conditions, though the prot one is better at it since they have life sheath and two skills for hex removal instead of one.

    So I've been running "balanced", which can remove stances and enchants from enemies, and uses 7 to 8 (depends on whether I put blind on the ST rit or myself) of the 10 conditions of the game + fragility and a way to spread those conditions. The biggest issue is that things die too fast, doesn't matter which type of mob it is. There needs to be a more "difficult" mode where every enemy has as much health as say, rotscale. He went down at a more reasonable pace imo. I actually got in enough attacks against him to make it feel like he was less of a speed bump than anything. They wouldn't have to change ai/damage or anything like that in this zone, the extra hp would just ensure that people would have to be able to handle more drawn out fights this way, and shut down monks better. Although going up against monks with things like prot spirit would be easier so they'd have to worry about things like that.

    Anyway, guess what I'm saying is that I like my hero team build but it might be a little too powerful for the game as it is.
