How did we get here...?
The new hard mode quests (introduced in the 6th anniversary update) are not difficult enough, apparently.
Difficulty leads to AI talk: because you can't make stuff more difficult yet not frustrating without good monster AI.
AI leads to AoE damage talk: wishing heroes knew when to run out of those.
AoE talk leads to interrupts: another good way to deal with AoE instead of running out.
Interrupts led to diversion and enchant removal and annoying people for some reason.
Annoying people is PvP talk.

It's true... I mainly play an ele in RA (I'm clumsy okaaaay? i fail misserably with other professions in pvp) and whenever there's a power block mesmer, I just wanna die, eventually I just walk away from my computer till the match is over because I wouldn't be able to do anything else otherwise, other than run around in circles hoping no one kills me.
Also, I think it was Alaris that brought pvp into the conversation xD heehee

Aye, it was me, but in small print. jam did it in large print.
Also, I consider myself a PvP player these days, at least until I max out zaishen (12 zkeys moar).

I consider myself both... pve and pvp, but I have to admit to liking pve way more than I like to pvp. Though I learn more when I pvp... and then pve content seems too easy. >.>
Also woohoo Alaris, 12 keys is nothing. I have 7 to go... and certain someone owes me 4 still xD I actually suspect to be done with it later today, we'll see.
But yay! 6th aniversary update... (I have no idea how to bring this thread back on topic xD)

Problem with 12 keys is that it'll take a while because (1) not enough time to play, and (2) I'm also doing some PvE with my mesmer & derv.
Turns out my derv finished off prot & guardian, so although I want to play her, there's not much to do... :(
