browser problem

early this day i made a threat about big letters on this forum, later found that it was just me.
but now i have a bigger problem, everything works perfectly fine except for connecting to a website.
first the browser doesn't responds so i uninstalled firefox and installed it again, doesn't work.
then i tried using internet explore, same problem.
so i tried restore to put it 2 day's back, only made things worse.
now i have the newest firefox and time time i have to wait is lower but i still need to wait at least 30-40 seconds to get the website to appear, i really need help with this.
and excuse the spelling mistakes, i don't have the english spell checker in it.(takes way to much time to add)

i really hope someone can help find the solution for this, it's annoying to wait for so long just to open something as simple as google pictures.

This doesn't really look like a browser problem. But more like an ISP or OS problem.

My FF3.6 is working fine on the net.

That would be a Toolbar. It probably just got turned off. You can turn it back on...Under View, Toolbars.

It certainly didn't get turned off when I updated mine.
