Asura redesign - let's guess!

Ok Sylvari week is over and the redesign was awesome. I want to be a duke in the nightmare court and might possibly have my main as a Sylvari. Anet did a great job!

now .... What do you think will be the redesign for Asura? How will Anet make those little proud stinkers into something that the majority of us will start to like?

Am I missing something here? Last time I checked, Sylvari was the only race going through a redesign. Asurans are pretty much set in stone by now...

I've seen a redesign mentioned several times, probably on my rare visits to GW2 Guru. I guess it could just be a rumor, but my impression is that it's happening.

I have no idea what they'll do though, hopefully more of the old style.

as much as i like anime, the asura i saw last in GW2 looked way to much like chibi anime characters.>_<

I am hoping for a re-design that makes them more like they were in gw1... they turned out so creepy in the videos for gw2.

I haven't seen any official word of a redesign, only the wishful fantasies of the Guru crowd.

Same here. I've never seen any official word from ANet about a redesign of them. A lot of people have talked about it but, I've never seen it as far as I can remember. I don't think they need a redesign. Just leave them as they were in GW1.

I'll still want to smash their faces in.

I'm almost positive I heard this somewhere official as well. Maybe the comic con panel? Perhaps Kirsten slipped up and said we'd see the redesigned asura when she meant "further designed", as in they've put in more customization and they all won't have creepy babyface.
