Hey, here's a nice little site that you can input all your ingredients and it'll tell you what potions you can make with them sorted by value. Remember, the amount of XP gained is directly related to the value of the potion.

Edit: Boo for not having any WYSYWYG editor. I forget all the BBCode.....

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim UpdatedThat explains why my 4GB shortcut no longer works. Hooray, Bethesda! I'm glad that they listened to the PC players and added this.

Support for 4-Gigabyte Tuning (Large Address Aware)

I haven't tried it yet, but the SKYUI interface mod looks pretty good for those of us playing on the One True Platform.
And on a somewhat unrelated note, I was playing Dungeons of Dredmor to get its Steam sale achievement and noticed that the enemies now say FUS RO DAH (along with their usual silly quips).

A sword might be grateful to the forge fire, but never fond of it.
The mod is great - you can actually see a decent amount of your inventory without having to scroll forever. The only thing I didn't really like was getting used to icons for every subcategory, but it didn't take all that long to get used to. I'm really looking forward to them doing the same with the magic menu.
If you haven't already done so, this mod is great, too:

Not only does it add some pretty epic looking weapons (Morrowind-themed, yay!), but finally, melee staves. About god-damned time. All I want to do is hit things with sticks, but game after game keeps trying to deny me that. NO LONGER!
How are people making mods without the creation kit?
Are they using some other program capable of creating .esp files?
They're using hex editors and tools made for the older games like TESedit or FNVedit. Not a perfect solution, but Bethesda is taking their sweet time getting that toolkit out.
Edit: Another mod for arachnophobes, replacing the spiders with... something else.

That's way moore creepy.
Well that's just dandy. Now my fear of spiders has introduced to me the fear of spidermen.
Bloody hells, that's creepy indeed.
