Shouldn't the title of this thread be something more like "Users without Tapatalk! Click here!" since, if someone is already using Tapatalk, they don't have a real reason to go and get it?

I was thinking the same!
But I'd rather have a site that was mobile-friendly (at least, tablet-friendly) instead of having to use an app I have to pay for...

Also it's highly unlikely that these forums would have a mobile version optimized for touch. We did have a mobile version of the main site, but it was just text, and not something really fancy like http://www.reddit.com/.compact
In fact the whole 'ease of use for touch' is the reason the app exists.

When I search for Tapatalk I only find the Convo client, but that is not the same thing afaik?

Well, the common theme is that you and Mehtis are both Euro.. so maybe that's playing into it. However I'm not in the States either and I could get it fine..
Maybe try the "Quick Download" option at the bottom and entering 237628, if the link above didn't work.

Really weird. Usually when things are region restricted, it's US-only (like that damn Amazon app store I had to proxy to get working). Are any of the other 'gold' free apps available?

I have Tapatalk on my Android (HTC Desire) but I forget where I got it from, tbh. Either way it is all updated and such.
