Doesn't look like it, no. Update notes say they were taken out. I've heard rumours they were taken out because the finales going to be different. But then people seem to think it's going to be different every year...

Yeah, I'm taking these rumours with a giant pinch of salt. Uh, as for where I heard it, can't remember. I read too much :p
Hardly a credible source whatever it was, but it just made me think what with the Majik Haats and all. Like I said, people are convinced the finale's going to be different every year when it never is :P. Just sharing the rumour love to make everyone else more paranoid and crazy :D

Yeah, the new Wintersday Hats will have so much clipping issues that everyone in GW will uninstall, and then ArenaNet will say: "Join Open Beta" and from that point on, there will be a constant number of 12 million players in Guild Wars 2.
Or that's what I've heard.
