I was imagining it more as Jar Jar dressing up as him, so imagine what he'd look like after getting into Amidala's makeup/clothes in an attempt to look like the Joker, or as close as an alien that looks like him can get.

Didn't think you had to be in a specific area, i've been to this event every year since it's introduction but i couldn't for the life of me remember how the gift giving part worked! (In a sense of where you might have to be standing to get the gifts) thanks for clearing that up for me!Yes. You don't have to be in a specific area, simply be in the district.
Even more if you have multiple accountsI'll burn a few stacks of dust...
I have 2 accounts and the one that is officially my husbands. So, I'll need 3! (got 4 last year, if I remember correctly, but I still got 750 tokens in my inventory!)
And me and my friend only need 1 mini each, we tend to trade for fortunes in batches of 100, see if we get the Mini, then go back in and get 100 more, that way we have some tokens spare to use for Red Gift bags if we get the mini early, hopefully it works out that way this year!
I'm sure that somewhere on the internet, such a picture exists.....would be interesting to see if done well, could be quite terrifying actually
