The only issue I would see is someone with a slow Internet connection, 56k or less modem, but that still isn't the computer's fault.

Integrated graphics, mobile devices, non-PC electronic devices with browsers, and older hardware, yes. Displaying images requires loading into RAM. It's not a concern for the vast majority of forum users at this site.Originally Posted by shawn

Yea the plugin for image resizing is disabled atm. Hopefully it will be back soon.
