The said Moa races would be awesome, also we should have pig truffle hunting contests. Bring your prize truffle hunting pig and root around the Pale Tree. No pigs will be injured despite the eco terrorist threats from the Nightmare Court.

I'm so down for the moa races. I've always loved the absolutely gigantic evolved moas. They're great in battle, massive quick sharp beaks pecking everything, pink feathers flying all over the place as they get hit.... chaos!

No to mounts in the outside world, yes for CHARIOT RACING MOUNTS TO THE DEATH!!!!!
That is actually a serious wishlist feature, speed races (fastest time wins, rollerbeetles are fine) and kill races (last man running wins). Of course only at the racetrack, no mounts for general travel, they're useless.
