That is a valid point. I am actually beginning to wonder what GW2 will really have in common with GW that can entice me to plop down $60.

I don't think the two games will have much in common; that, to me, is a good thing. I played GW for over three years already and could go play it at any time. I am ready for the next generation.

I am planning on getting the standard. I can't justify the cost of getting the collector's and most non-standard items for deluxe seems to be mostly one-time use or on a temporary basis like that banker feature.

It might just be my Asperger's Disorder making me worried. We don't like sudden or big changes.

Hopefully nothing. It's a sequel, the idea is to improve on the predecessor, not clone it. And from 95% of what I've seen, it looks like they definitely have improved on it, and then some.
