Code 004

So I'm trying to log into my game, and after entering my info, I'm met with this:

Guild Wars was unable to complete the operation. Please try again in a few minutes. (Code=004)

What is that? Is the server down or something? Anyone have any idea what's going on?

Also getting the error, and a lot of other people too, see http://https://forum.guildwars.com/f...ogin-Error-004. Seems to be an issue with the login system, as people already connected aren't having issues.
