• Elite Xunlai Bakery Agents, flush with pride after their careful placement of sprinkles, have assumed control of Birthday Cupcake distribution and are en route to their party destinations.
• Ceira, Sworn to Fire, has returned from another expedition bearing gifts from the gods: Hounds of Balthazar Ranger pets for all who visit her in Embark Beach during the celebration.

Hold off on buying it. It only exists as a purchasable option for people that miss the Anniversary. Ceira will be handing them out for free during the event once it starts.

They are buyable atm it seems for 20 gold Zaishen coins, but the pet will be free during for the event.

So unless you miss the event this weekend DO NOT BUY A PET YET as it will be free during the event!

The pet is actually available right now!, go to the boat in Embark Beach and speak to Ceira Sworn to Fire to get it unlocked!

Just unlocked mine for 1000 Balthazar Faction just now.

Go unlock it with 1000 Balthazar (or wait until it is free), then go to the guy to train a bunch of them, and viola--sweet burning music--these guys are on fire btw in explorable--though they do not light stuff on fire unfortunately, lulz.

Got my hound and it is already breeding in the lava pit of my Menagerie. I am so looking forward to tell a friend to cap it, that left GW about 5 years ago. He would get an awesome pet for free.
I parked myself on rings of AFK and I hope I can make a big step towards maxing my lucky/unlucky now.

The two old ones in the Menagerie fire pit are on fire, cub is not. Is the charmed one you can bring with you not burning?
