Well the current client didnt come with an installer but was basically just a patcher, I suspect a lot of your problems might actually have to do with that (hopefully).

Renown Regions
- Queensdale: completing the “Unite the ettins” renown region does not count toward map completion. As a result, the maximum completion for the Queensdale map is 16 out of 17 renown hearts.

I got all hearts off queensdale last weekend, so maby they fixed it ?, or do you mean something else ?
