hey, I have seen pics of those door things on the internet!! never thought I would see one in person!
Went thru that door once, funny, was very like GW in many ways..... still couldn't fly.
I've thought a lot about it and I've decided I would rather teleport than fly. For one, flying exposes you to the elements. I don't even like WALKING in winter, imagine flying? Secondly, presumably flying would be as exhausting as running, so it's not terribly useful for most of us. Plus it would mess up your hair and crap.

You can tell the quality of life of people by what they complain about
it would also make 50% more ppl overweight and/or unhealthy, why walk to the store when you can teleport...
it is possible tho, the only thing science has bin able to teleport are atoms but it is possible, the problem is the star trek effect.
you can only teleport from one point to another and it needs to be trough a station, i would rather have the stargate beaming technology but we're way to primitive to even achieve anything close to that, even with atoms.
