Its been ****ing 11 hours and i still cannot login even ONCE .....what was the ****ing point of pre-purchase.
Can anyone tell me how to reach support for assistance?

Might be time to screenshot and enforce consumer rights stuff - 11 hours is a long time - especially since you paid for this privilege.
Whoever it was you ordered it through - name them so we can shame them publicly.

Totally crap.. Generic respose recieved via rmail asking to change your password and try again... Total bull!!
Forums are down as well and i cant even check if my digital code is being used by simeone else or not.

Have you
1) looked at the "account-security" tab at the beta forums for any open connections? Remove all of those, they can block stuff.
2) Do you get the login screen? If not, it is probably a problem with your firewall or your GW2 program location (which influence read/write rigths)

1. There is one which i cannot remove as it does ot have a disconnect button to it.
2. I can login; but if click on world selection or create; it kicks me out.
All the names and curses that are there in any language goes out to Arenanet for the worst beta experience ever!!!!!
