I'm relieved to hear that, because shading was one of the main reasons why I chose this style first.



I am currently working on Zhailei's ritualist. A good part of the picture is done, but there are still some jewelries and other small articles left to add in. The thing with ritualists is that they have almost nauseating amount of beads on their armors, especially the Imperial set that she is wearing. While they aren't very hard to draw alone, the sheer amount can add hours to the working time. But I'm definitely getting faster at drawing them beads without losing much quality.

I wasn't sure which one would be better, so I posted both. Turning on/off one layer isn't much of a bother anyway .



I will be on vacation all next week. While I will have access to internet and thus the forums, I will not be taking my Wacom with me on the vacation. As a compensation, I decided to upload my progress through Decomposing Brain's necro with quick caption of what I did in each picture:
