Do you use macros?

I've used an Ideazon Zboard with Factions keyset for most of GW and have become quite attached to it. I doubt there will be any GW2 keyset and so I bought the Microsoft Sidewinder X4 keyboard for GW2. Liked what I read about it and don't want to get into a "this keyboard blows your keyboard away" discussion. I have never used macros before and so does anyone use a keyboard that has macro recording? What do you commonly set as a macro? Do you think GW2 will be good for macros? I guess even if I can't create any macros for GW2 that would be useful, I still like the keyboard.

About the only thing I use macros for is chat so that I can still say hello to people even in the middle of a fight.

i have a weird keyboard and have a super handy "press ; then press space" macro that ends up under my pinky finger.
other then that i have /resign and /zrank for fun
