Keybinding question?

This will probably make me sound like a noob, but I'm asking anyway. I've played quite a few mmos. F2P and P2P. GW2 is the first one with a hybrid style of keyboard use. What I mean is you can't just stand in front of a mob and spam buttons. You have to keep moving. I'm finding it difficult to do everything with my left hand. I use wsad to move and my mouse to click spells. Can anyone give me advice on the best way to keybind. I know I need to use my number keys to cast spells, but if I do that then I'll be using my left hand to move and cast spells while I use my mouse to move the camera. Any advice is appreciated. Getting a gaming mouse with just a few extra buttons did the trick for me.

I've never used WASD for movement, but instead ESDF since I'm more comfortable setting my left hand on the home row. Same goes with GW2. Also I changed out Turn Right and Turn Left for Strafe Right and Strafe Left. No need for turning with the mouse as a camera.

I put Autorun, Target Closest Foe and Heal (Skill 6) on my gaming mouse.
Skills 1-5 I assigned to Z,X,C,V,B. Skill 7 to W. Skills 8 and 9 to R and T and Elite (Skill 10) to G.
My action button (Default F) got switched to A and my Change Weapon (Default ~) became Q.
I didn't change F1-F4 because I'm used to those from playing GW1.
I also added Rear View to H since it doesn't have a default key assigned and it's very useful in combat.
And then of course I reassigned (G)uild and (H)ero to something else since they're taken for skills in my key assignments.

This set up works very well for me as all skills can be activated without moving either hand except for when you need to hit F1-F4 and even then you don't need to look down to do that. It also allows for easy dodging with the double taps on any of the ESDF keys. Obviously sometimes I do have to stop active movement depending on the skills I'm casting and which way I'm moving except when I'm using Heal since it's on the mouse, but because I don't have to move my hand to activate those skills I'm right back into active movement with pretty much no delay.

Also, I don't see this game shipping without keybind modifiers so, like many of my guildmates plan to do, you can put Skills 1-5 on Z-B and then Skills 6-10 on Shift+Z-B or something similar. This set up will allow you to use all 10 skills with just the left hand and will free up W,R,T and G for other keybind assignments.
