I am rating the dive at 6.5 out of 10. Need more tuck and toe point. However, swimsuit and tan looks nice.

If you jumped down with the goggles on and spammed the two skills, your character would fall face flat on the surface of the water, then teleport back into the air and fall into the water again.Originally Posted by Guided Daggers
Your entire skillbar gets locked out, you couldn't "drop the bundle" or map elsewhere to get rid of it
You were basically stuck skillless until you relogged.
They fixed it with BWE2. Even if it locks up now, once you swim, your old bar returns.

When in Lion's Arch go to the southwest. You will see a beach that you want to get to. Follow the beach around to the southwest. At the very end of the beach you will see a high tower of rock with the diving platform built up on the very top of it. Just follow the path starting at the beach up and around the rock tower.
If you are getting waypoints and points of interest in Lion's Arch, you want to follow the path above and west of the beach to get the waypoint in the Tengu area. Once you get that you can go slightly east to the cliff above the beach and find an area just above the beginning of the tower path that you can jump down to.
Just trying to figure out where this might be. There is a pier type structure shown on the map on the south part of the lake. Also the Vigil (sp?) keep/stronghold is in the northeast corner of the area and it could be from there.

There's also a waypoint there so once discovered getting their quickly is easy.
