Plus you run. Being active helps with grogginess a lot.
I'm not anti-coffee, but I don't think people should drink as much as some folks do. If you're to the point where you're getting headaches if you miss a cup of coffee, you might want to back off a bit.
There is something about coffee that I can't even stand its odor. There was a fancy coffee stand nearby work in the skywalk and some days I would get nauseated walking by it. I don't know why coffee does that to me. So I drink black tea and love to drink it. As a matter of fact, I realize I've been on this site and forgot to brew some!
