The part of it that freaks me out (aside from the visuals, which are just trippy) is that I wouldn't be able to shake the thought that my character was going to get bugged out and I'd lose him.
Isn't this kinda similar to how folks found glitched areas for mapping in GW1? Only this is way more awesome?
Cool, probably some bored dev made it, maybe even thinking someone would find it. The trippy water is a mystery though, maybe they made all the non-player-area water trippy just to keep them apart.
@Karuro Otherland does that so much better btw. (I also read .hack)
Hey, sometimes you just get trapped into your avatar's body!
And playing as a probably 7-8ft tall giant Norse-like man who can turn into a bear on a whim? I'd jump into that! Though...
If that happens, then you also have to worry about some guy getting the power to "hack" things... and I know two things.
1) It definitely isn't going to be me, just not in my luck. And
2) I know I'll end up running into the bugger, he'll likely be an Asura, and it'll be out in the Mists... SAVE ME!
And all you'd have to worry about coming out from the depths of some bottomless pit of water in this game is probably just Bubbles.
this is one of the reasons i loved WoW so much was the glitch exploration and actually finding structures and lands that you would otherwise never see. im a big big fan of this stuff and cant wait to do some in GW2.
