I didn't select the admin/mods less/more options, because I'm not too sure what to suggest for that myself.

Feels to me there ought to be more administrators with access to the back end stuff so they can implement changes quicker and work on the website without waiting for Rush to authorize it. These admins shouldn't have to deal with the sort of stuff the moderators are here to deal with (trolls, spambots etc), they should just be around purely to keep everything running smoothly and looking slick.

Also, I propose a contest to design some new skins and a new look for the forum. That would be awesome. People love options when it comes to the way stuff looks.

I checked off the stricter moderation / more admins option, but I think moderation is fine. I second kokabel's feelings that we need more admins and admins who can make changes without waiting for Rush to authorize.

Also, I think front page content and linking it would be great. And for stuff that is still relevant, make some easy way to access it. For example, we have several articles about mesmers (self-promotion hihih) it would be nice to have a forum sticky in the mesmer section linking to those.

The frontpage connection to the forum is something that I really miss. I simply don't respond to the frontpage items because you can't discus it there. It's also not very clear where you should discuss it. There or on the forums.

I mentioned this to Shawn, but I think a way to make the forums "stickier" is with a ranking system, bringing back those HP / MP / Exp Bars, or instituting some kind of badges. It gives people a reason to keep coming back and posting, like they have to get those achievements.
