1. How many hours do you play Guild Wars 1 / Guild Wars 2 per week?

Roughly 18-21 hours

2. Which areas of the game do you enjoy the most? (I.E. personal storyline, dynamic events, world exploration, crafting and gathering, high level PvE (dungeons / elite missions / hard mode), PvP (WvW, sPvP, GvG, HA, AB, Codex), socializing with others, etc...)

Mainly joining in Guild based activities in dungeon runs etc in PvE or PvP but areas of the games would be WvWvW and dungeon runs

3. Do you have any personal goals to achieve in Guild Wars 1? (I.E. obtaining 15K or fissure armor, completing master difficulty quests, earning titles, completing Hall of Monuments, etc...)

4. Do you have any personal goals to achieve in Guild Wars 2? (I.E. completing the storyline, completing dungeons, complete map exploration, earning titles, master all crafting diciplines etc...)

At the moment, I am focusing on completing a set of crafted magic find armor, then to master all crafts and then lastly to get legendary weapon (something I am not dwelling on too much however)

5. Would you be interested in helping other members through personal storyline, missions and quests?

6. What do you like the most about Guild Wars 1 / Guild Wars 2?

Guild Wars 1, the graphics and gameplay. Guild Wars 2, the dynamics and choice of activities within the game itself

7. What do you like the least about Guild Wars 1 / Guild Wars 2?

GW1 - Instanced dungeons and maps make you feel like you're in a smaller world with no connection to a real MMORPG
GW2 - Can't complain much except for some bugs (like not being able to move when struck by traps), but I understand GW2 is still fairly new and so I expect bugs to be cropping up

8. What other games do you play apart from Guild Wars 1 / Guild Wars 2?

Just random puzzle games on the iPad/iPhone, films take up all my other spare time =)

9. Have you been a member of a Guild previously If so, what was your experience with them like?

I was with a very active and friendly Guild called AG (Ashen Gates), but when the leader went inactive, I joined BtC which unfortunately had shared a similar fate.. but with the main active players going AWOL. I had no trouble with any of the members and always got along with them

10. Why are you interested in joining the GWO Guild?

The community in GWO makes me feel like I will enjoy my time here and GWO shows maturity, respect to members and a lot of fun which is something I look for in a Guild

11. What are your expectations as a member of the GWO Guild?

To treat members with the respect I expect to receive, to help members out in all aspects of the game if time and ciircumstances allow but also to play an active role in a hopefully very active Guild

12. What character do you play the most and why?

I play an Elementalist, because I enjoy controlling and maximising the use of the four elements coupled with AoE effects which is especially great in WvWvW. I tend to focus on one main character to build up the strength and ingame qualities so I only have one level 80 character with two level 2's for extra storage =p

13. What kind of biscuit would you be?

A shortcake.... must preferably on cake with a strawberry on top... lol

Hello, old GW1 player of..7 or 8 years here, sadly my own cofounded guild is somewhat ofd a shadow after the centuries ahve passed, but some old friends are still soul bound in your guild, so without further ado, and as i wish to join....

Fissure of Woe server (have a lot of guild stuff for my old guild there, but happy to move if it means actually y'know, seeing people :) )

1. Per week is hard to say, sadly I am rarely on as GW2 and my first born son were released at the same time, and am a stay at home daddy. However, assuming he lets me, I hope to be on as often as I can (assuming anets connections hold, hat first event weekend nearly put me off gw2) I can never reach my halcyon days of old tyria I fear....8-9k hours over 7 years whilst studying and evberything else.

2. As an old GW1 player, ist all about story for me in various forms, though shiny stuff is also nice. Mainly lore though, and the social aspects.

3. Many, but GW1 is the past, and I am spoken for there.

4. Mainly just finishing the stoyr and getting to an acceptable skill level for now. I may have been in beta, but am still not lvbl80 or finished my story due to persobnal comitments and some time unhappy with gw2.

5. Timer permitting it was one of my favorite things in GW1, I was the goto man for my home lands in Cantha.

6. Guild Wars is my home away from home. GW2 is proving to be a difficult transition (especially with my new nappy duties) but ultimately, I cannot easily express my love for GW, except by pointing my fingers at the hours spent in gw1, the time i met frozenwid when we were both at eurogamer, and prouldy pointing out that me and my wife were second in a best dressed tyrian contest long ago :)

7.GW1 was all but perfect, GW2 is such a leap form GW1, and not always for the best...it is resource hungry, and very timehungry, and time is the thing I have less of than ever now. Hopefully finding time will be easier nwo lil man is bigger, but also once I have people to play with once more.

8. I play star trek online these days, but in terms of other games in general of the non MMO kind, the list is rather long. Suffice to say I am old school gamer :) (I am in RP fleet over in STO... The STorytellers as it is now called)

9. I co-founded and ran the RIP guild for 6-7 years, and my experience was mostly good, whether as guild or alliance, even surviving the waning of gw1 and the various dramas all guilds have on occasion. It does exist in GW2, but more sporadic logins, combined with our accidental scattering across the servers at launch have rendered RIP somewhat...dormant. I do not have the time to resurrect it through sheer force of personality, but one day it will breathe again I am sure.

10. The Mad Queen and Daniel Frozenwind are old...friends is perhaps a strong word, but is closer to the mark than not. I need a new community, and where friends re is always the best place to play. Besides which, my history with Tyria is almost, but not quite, as long as the guilds...old souls.

11.I have few, only to find a nice social and helpful place to be. Expectation suggests want, and if I want little, I expect little..but anticipate good things.

12. Ranger. Always. Its just...me. Though anet render us somewhat powerless, and I cant stand pets. lol
