First these stupid developers create conditions, which get exploited in op builds. Then they nerf entire skill lines out of complete viability.

How about instead of blaming the developers, you blame the people testing these things and giving them feedback. I guarantee in the case of skill balancing, developers are doing things based upon what feedback is telling them. It's not like they are pulling random values out of a hat or just simply doing whatever the hell they want.
Yea i'm sorry, i'd have to agree with Alaris and Bears.
It's the players that exploit these, and as the guy said, these exploits make the game less competitive.

Yes, devs and testers need to do as good a job at balancing the game before the game is released.

Anyway, as I was saying, balancing is really difficult, and I don't blame anyone for some rare balance problems unless those problems don't get fixed quickly. Find a balance problem, fix it, move on. That is really important.
I just blame people who know something is an obvious OP problem, and they whine incessantly when it gets nerfed. Grow up, it was bad for the game, it got fixed.
