OK, I'll admit it ... the vista jumps have gotten easier. This is likely a "practice-makes-perfect" scenario ... as someone who is deeply inclined to play many different charries regularly ("Hello. My name is Sam and I'm a GW Altaholic.") and an obsessed map completionist ("Need more little shaking chests now!"), I've been forced to repeat most of the vistas which caused me surges of "get-me-something-to-hit-which-is-not-my-keyboard!" frustration adrenaline.
I still don't think that they should have become such a core requirement for map completion. I agree that the different classes are not treated equally ... and different races improve/ruin the camera. (Sometimes it is good to be a tiny Asura.) This seems essentially unfair and poor design to me. There should be a game mechanic that normalizes things ... something you can hold in your hand, for example, that gives you a vista charrie size and skill bar.
On principle, I refuse to even uncork an actual jumping puzzle. I'm keeping it to vistas tyvm. If my OCD completionism gets a hold of that particular game aspect, I am likely to be looking for the "uninstall gw2" button at some point ...

I guess you could use consumables to transform into smaller animals, that would clear up the camera while doing vistas.
Most vistas are on the "easier" scale of difficulty when it comes to jumping puzzles. The hard jumping puzzles don't count towards map progress. But practice makes a big difference here, once you complete all vistas, it's likely that jumping puzzles won't seem so hard anymore. Still difficult, but quite a bit more manageable than without vista experience.

There's actually a few vistas that are jumping puzzles. Like the one in the OP hehe. The Wall Breach Blitz is a jumping puzzle that happens to have a vista at the end. There's another one in Orr... the vizier's tower or something to that effect.

Not a fan of jumping puzzles or vistas that should qualify as jumping puzzles.

Wow, the Wintersday jumping puzzle looks so awesome! There has got to be a catch somewhere in there, it looks too innocent not to have some type of interrupt knockdown somewhere... <.<

Well, they did say they would make new jumping puzzles easier to complete, especially those available for a limited time. I wouldn't be too afraid yet. Though it does look like a maze, maybe *that's* the challenge.

Its solution will be up on YouTube within 5 minutes of it being available. Depending on instancing then you probably just have to follow the conga line.

Even with youtube and conga lines, I find ANet's jumping puzzles to be very fun. Not unforgiving like Super Meat Boy (frustrating imo) but also diverse and skillful enough.

The success/difficulty of jp's shouldn't be predicted by whether the camera behaves!
Also, as these @£&% things are required for world completion, we should have more control over movement sensitivity.
