Components of a legendary that I can craft on another character

Hello, can someone post a list of components for a legendary I can craft on one char and then transfer it over to the char I want the legendary on?

Can you also post a list of items that are soulbound and must be obtained by that char?

The official Guild Wars 2 wiki has a ton of great information about the game including information about legendary weapons. Here's a link to the page on Legendary Weapons including a list of what's required to craft each one. As more content is added to the game and we learn more about the existing content the wiki is updated by the players in an attempt to always have the most current, complete information possible in one central location. You can easily access the wiki from in game by typing /wiki followed by what you want to look up, for this example, "/wiki legendary weapons"

It seems most legendary ingredients are account bound, but since each individual weapon has different requirements checking the wiki for those specific for your choice will be your best bet.
