There's a character named "Srsly" spamming it "gw2lfg.com is better" and it looks like an argument is breaking out via the comments.

Guess there's no way to filter certain people or set a limit on posts per IP.

Anyway, looks nice.

This new site is showing every post fed to www.gw2lfg.com, plus its own postings, so if you post on .com you're seen on .net as well. Therefore it would make sense to just use the original .com site.

That said, the gw2lfg API is meant for external apps, not direct competitors. gw2lfg.com was registered with a normal human being, in the normal public way. gw2lfg.net was registered with WhoIsGuard, to hide their identity. Also, .net says it's brought by Social Umbrella Inc. which doesn't have a website.

They are not affiliated with .com, and they do not have permission to pull data from .com


While I'm not going to close this thread in the unlikely event that the net authors wish to defend themselves, I will highly recommend that people avoid using the site and instead stick with the original.
