Just as a heads up for those interesting in how ratings are going, FA is now smashing CD and has been solidly in first place since this morning.
Question: How do the ratings work? CD had a huge WvW influx, and FA had a lot of IoJ players join, Dragonbrand is losing but doing extremely well for a new tier, they could even win the match depending on how the week goes. Since it's such a close match, how do the ratings change? All three servers could do well in T2, but if none shine, how does one move up or down?
For an extreme example, lets suppose the very bottom tier suddenly had populations like T1 but evenly distributed. If it was a deadlock in T7 or whatever, would the best servers be perpetually locked in the bottom tier?
