I wonder if backpacks will clip with armor and weapons. If memory serves, we didn't have back items at launch because they were worried about clipping, right?

    Clipping for everyone!

Do you think the Shadow Behemoth bug will get fixed with this update?

How about a zombie baby backback in the future? Or fart shoes.

I was under the impression that guild backpacks were available at launch. Just obviously not as common as the multiple back items we have now.

Apparently my server is broken, cause mobs most certainly stand around and do nothing.

Ever looked at those Risen? They're mining, sleeping, gardening... I really like how Anet did those. It's the playable races NPCs who are mostly just standing around....

This makes sense, actually. They are dead - well, the un-dead, but still - dead. They do what Zaithan tells them to do. When Zaithan is busy, they have nothing to do. They just... hang out :).

If that is the case, wouldn't they just always be trying to murder everyone?

They are on manual control. They are "alive" when Zaithan is controlling them directly. When he's busy (like - when we're killing his lieutenants and he's crying with rage, smashing his place and throwing the remote at the wall), they are in default mode, which is "do nothing unless attacked".

Maybe they are waiting there to (1) take out invaders that could come from any direction, and (2) gain critical mass to start a zerg assault.
