Need help with my account, GM Gaile Gray here?

So my account has been banned for something I haven't done. I contacted Guild Wars 2 support by ticket but they don't help, is there any Arenanet staff or Gamemasters ect on these forums which can help if I provide a support ticket.
Because my account is banned I can't post on the official Guild Wars 2 forums for help.

I know the GameMaster Gaile Gray helps everybody, is she is here than that is great please help me!

Having your game account banned shouldn't prevent you from posting on the official forums, but you will still need to work with support. The forums are only useful if it's been 3 days since the last message you sent to support with no response.

The first response from support is usually boilerplate, you need to keep requesting that they review your situation a couple times.

When I login into my account and go to the forums it says, you must have access to guild wars 2. Unless you can create a forum account?

It been 3 days for past 2 tickets but they just don't do anything, this is why I need the forum arena net to look at it because they atually do help.

Was it a temporary or permanent ban?

It might also be if you got hacked, to protect your account until they can restore it. Sometimes they ban an account that has been hacked to prevent further damage, and then restore it to the proper owner when they get it back to a safe state.

They said they terminated my account, I'm in contact with them to get it sorted but they are rubbish. This is why I need to post kn official forums but I can't because my account.
