I can't believe I never put this together... maybe all of you already did. If you need merchant, bank, TP, repair or crafter access from PvE, go to WvW. Log back out to the character select screen and then relog in to put yourself back in the same PvE spot you came from.

I really can not believe it took me this long to figure that out.

Since I have spent very little time in WvW (just enough to get 100% world completion) where do you find the bank and crafting stations? Don't remember them in the Eternal Battlegrounds area that the portals are at, so guessing your home borderlands.

Afaik ANet took bank and crafting away from (some?) WvW spawn points just because people tended to log into WvW for easy access, filling up the maps so people actually wanting to WvW could not get in. My memory is a little fuzzy though so could not say for sure.

Crafting can be found from your servers borderlands. It's to the right of the "spawn".

Doing this makes the BL express services pointless, assuming there isn't a queue. If more people did this or knew about it, I'd expect queues would increase across all servers.

You can also use the HoM portal stone to exit WvW and return to where you came from. Character select is probably faster, but I like to visit the HoM.
