Sorry couldn't resist. He is/was the god of death after all. Even if you did "kill" him he could change the rules of death, and have them not apply to himself. That and from the skill descriptions it seems we will be putting him back to rest.
Some of the skills you linked to Konig seem to me like they are not Dhuum's skills, but might belong to a servant of Grenth.
Well, I linked them all as skills used during the battle (or at least found at the same time as those belonging to Dhuum/the battle).
After all, I did say:

He may not have enough sway over the laws of death, we honestly don't know if he ever did for that matter - same goes for Grenth.
Though, it seems to me, that it could be Dwayna, Grenth, and Dhuum all govern or represent one of three aspects of life: Dwayna-Mortal Life; Grenth-Spirit Life; Dhuum-"Death after Death" or death after life in the Spirit Realm (i.e., the Rift/Realms of the Gods).
Would be interesting to see if that is how it always has been with the gods and their governing (that is, Grenth was always a god of death, but a different kind of death than Dhuum).

Grenth = Spirit Life(or disembodied soul) seems right. But to me Dhuum should = Death(end of mortal life). TBH that may be how they are linked. Grenth could be Dhuum's mortal soul. Maybe Dhuum is already dead, and his soul/spirit(Grenth) already walks the Underworld. Their split may of been what initially cause Dhuum to become such a bastard. Dhuum became a soulless monster of a god, and Grenth usurped him. So in essence the we have a differnet being, but the same personality governing the Underworld.
This is great reading. I only got the chance to do one of the quests, the first one obviously, but thank you for the great discussion and updating wiki so quickly.
I like that Demonia, Dhuum having a mortal soul as well. Polytheism could very well have such a concept.
I'm wondering if this helps to explain the resurrection in GW.
Seems that deaths under Dhuum are final while under Grenth's reign as God of Death, Grenth permits resurrection to occur.
I thought the same thing. Dhuum represents death from which there is no return; Grenth represents death from which mortals can rise back. That would be why resurrection was possible, and maybe how Grenth got enough help to defeat Dhuum.
I guess most of you saw the quest already, in which our characters help the Reapers to put Dhuum to rest again.

There is still one slim hope, a shadow of a chance to hinder Dhuum's return. Grenth's seven faithful Reapers will channel their energy in an attempt to force Dhuum back into dormancy. But the Ender of All is a powerful adversary, and the Reapers cannot face him alone. Protect the Reapers while they perform their grim task. At least one of the seven Reapers must survive to seal Dhuum within the Hall of Judgment.
Should you perish in this conflict with Dhuum, do not despair, for your spirit may still contribute to the battle. Mayor Alegheri can speed your spirit's return to the Hall of Judgment, where you may rejoin the fray and assist the Reapers.
The fate of the Underworld depends upon your success! Now you must face Dhuum. I will be here...if you return.
