Whenever I try to search for anything It says

GWOnline.Net has now moved to guildwars.incgamers.com

Hellgate London has now moved to hellgate.incgamers.com

I guess it's not completly random, but what you have quoted is indeed how it generates the difference in health per level.

Maybe I should have been a little more specific... however for the average user it is a fairly random thing
