I've tried a few board searches, but it's problematic when the words you're interested in are "dye", "red" and "old"
, so I figured this might be the best place to ask this.
Ever since the update to the dyes when Nightfall came out, the basic red was changed. To me, this was especially noticeable on ritualist armors as even the base "red" colour you chose at the start now looks considerably different than it did before.
It poses a problem for me now since I wanted to change the chest piece of my armour and I'd rather try to get the old red back for that chest piece instead of having to dye every part of my armor in the new red. I've been playing with the dye preview screen but I've yet to find a combination that reproduces the old, basic red. I started with mixing some orange (as the old base colour of ritualist armors was orange), when I couldn't get the mix I wanted I tried more and more combinations but no success so far.
Has anyone managed to reproduce the red we had before the dye update?
) - so i have a tiny request to ask. could anyone with ancient armour that is kind enough drop me a line in game (Apep Am Heh) or by a pm here lend me the armour so that i can try it in the dye preview to see if it fits or if i should just do the thing i was thinking of for some time now and make a new ritu before getting the ancient armour?
