This guy managed to squeeze his entire computer into a Millenium Falcon model. He specifically chose all the parts to be as small and flat as possible. It has, as you can see, lights, and a diskdrive all fit into the tiny model.

Of course... the most extreme example of Starwars casemodding would have to be THIS:
