Cute idea. The problem with the OP is that you can't use tonics out in explorables, so you could never be a ghost wielding an eternal sword + shield.

I'm pretty sure I've seen elfs running around in explorable. Although, the way tonics work, your own sword/shied would anyway not show.

Only a few tonics work in explorable, like the Candy Corn and the Elf.

The very first ones did (Elf, Candy Corn) but the new ones don't. My only guess is that they didn't want to do the extra programming necessary to allow them to hold weapons or to casting animations.
