Article 1. Virtual Items - Traders.GWOnline.Net is to be used only for selling and trading virtual items from the Guild Wars. The currency used for purchasing these items is game currency for Auctions, and other items from the game for Trades. Under no circumstances will real world money or items be used to purchase items at Tradres.GWOnline.Net.

Article 2. Services Provided - Traders.GWOnline.Net is only providing auction and trading services. We only provide services to people who are selling/buying and trading game items via internet auction. We do not have control over the items that are posted at Traders.GWOnline.Net, and cannot guarantee the authenticity and quality of any items. We are not responsible for the actions a seller take before, during, or after an auction/trade, typographical errors, misprints, loss of items/money, damage or failure of equipment due to your visit to this site. Use of this site is at your own risk, and content is presented 'As-Is'.

Article 3. Trading and Selling - As a seller, you may sell for in-game currency or trade items for items using Traders.GWOnline.Net. The item that you place up for public bidding on must be in the possession of your in game character.

For auctions, once a bid has been placed for your item, if that bid shall be the highest bid and have met the reserve price (minimum you will sell for) set by you, you are being placed in a contract with any potential buyers of the product.

Once the auction is over, if your reserve price has been met, you are obligated to sell to the winner which is the highest bidder in your auction. If the reserve price was not met, you are not obligated in any way to sell the item at all. For items for items trades, you will not be obligated to accept any of the offers your item receives. If offers are fair though, you are expected to accept the best offer.

Article 4. Bidding and Offers - As a buyer, you may bid in game currency on auctions and make item offers on trades.

As a buyer, you know that placing a bid [auction] is a contract between you and the seller and it cannot be retracted unless due to fault of the seller of typographical or other error due to human error on the seller's part. Once you place a bid, and if you win, you will be obligated to buy the item at the said price you indicated as your highest bid.

If you make an offer on a Trade your in game character must be in possession of any items you offer.

If you no longer wish your offer to be considered you must retract your offer in the Bidding area of the trade including the word "retract". If you do not and you are selected as the winner the seller is entitled to leave you negative feedback for failure to complete the trade.

Any 'Terms of Trade' stipulated in members' 'Profile Page' on Traders.GWOnline.Net are not upheld by Traders.GWOnline.Net.  Action will not be taken by Traders.GWOnline.Net against members not adhering to personal trade terms.  Members must not leave negative feedback for another member who does not follow their personal trade terms.

Article 5. Posting Items - You can post any legitimate items from games Guild Wars.

You can not post dupes, bugged or hacked items. Dupes, account trades, items gathered with the aid of any 3rd party program and dubious trades are all deleted, without consultation and in certain cases the member's account is terminated and the account holder banned from using Traders.GWOnline.Net further. Furthermore, do not bid or make an offer on any such item. If you see a dupe it should be reported through the "Alert Admin" link on the item.  Do not post trade lists in a single trade, use the Shop feature for those.

When writing the item description, do not type a list of unrelated keywords to artificially boost the amount of times your item turns up in searches. All items are subject to review by the staff of Traders.GWOnline.Net, and may be removed without prior notice or consultation.

You must not place auctions or trades at Traders.GWOnline.Net on behalf of any person other than yourself.

You must not place trades for arranging feedback in connection with trades or auctions that were carried out in game only and not first placed at Traders.GWOnline.Net for bidding on by the membership for at least 24 hours.

Similarly, multiple feedbacks left as a result of mass trades are not considered fair trading practice. The feedback left for another member should reflect the experience of trading with the other member, overall, and as such we would expect one feedback to be left, even if you traded 15 individual items, as opposed to 15 individual feedbacks for the 15 individual items all trading in one batch.

Place your trades in the correct category or the most appropriate. You must not spam a single trade in multiple categories.
